In this workshop, we will practice ways to connect with our bodies and tune into our intuition more mindfully.
Our bodies represent the subconscious and too often, our connection to our bodies may come from a place of challenge or struggle. Perhaps we are trying to change something about our bodies or ‘get rid’ of pain. We can cultivate a more nourishing relationship with our body and mind through a variety of practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and body/energy work. It's all about keeping the energy flowing and working with the experiences in our lives as deeper messages.
Please join me to learn more about some simple daily rituals which can help to decrease stress and expand a feeling of spaciousness in your life.
This workshop is being offered by Manisha Tare, an occupational therapist and yoga teacher, who uses this is a basis for a holistic approach towards health and healing. Through yoga, meditation, craniosacral therapy, energy work, and spiritual practices, she supports you in using the experiences in your life to understand and clear blocks, fears, and old patterns that may be keeping you stuck, in pain, or living in the past.
