Prenatal Yoga


Classes are designed and sequenced to help alleviate common discomforts in pregnancy and to prepare moms for labor and early motherhood.  This class will modify poses for all stages of pregnancy. Strengthen the body, calm the mind and prepare physically and mentally for childbirth.

Your Prenatal Yoga practice includes:

  • Asana (postures)
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation

Classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor.

*Please bring your yoga mat if you can; we only have a few available to borrow*
