Ruthie Arbit, LICSW has more than 10 years of experience as a clinician and is passionate about working with families in the pregnancy and postpartum periods and working with young children. Currently Ruthie works as a perinatal mental health consultant for Georgetown University Hospital and also has a private practice where she sees individual clients. She specializes in using CBT, mindfulness-based techniques, and a family-focused approach in treating mothers and fathers with perinatal mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and traumatic birth experiences. Rachel Engelhart is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who received her BS in Dietetics at the University of Maryland and a Masters in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. 

Rachel launched RE nutrition, a home based nutrition service, to provide hands-on nutrition help to individuals and families in the D.C. Metropolitan area.   As a working mother and food lover Rachel enjoys showing her client's easy tricks and tips for integrating nutritious and delicious foods into their diet.  As an expecting mother herself, Rachel loves working with families in the pre/post natal stages as well as with new eaters.
