Warm Line & Follow Up

We know that questions arise between appointments and having support during that time can be helpful. The Center offers 3 ways to follow up between appointments:

If you are a current client who has been seen recently, and you have a question/concern/clarification between appointments, our “warm line” is monitored 7 days a week from 9am-3pm (excepting holidays). Your concern will be returned within the portal by our clinical intern team, with input from your clinician where appropriate. If your question or concern warrants a call with a clinician, we will help you get scheduled with an appointment.

If you’d like to speak to the first available IBCLC we’d suggest booking a short “Ask an IBCLC” telehealth appointment. We take a team approach, and any one of our IBCLCs will have access to your files and will be able to check in with your consultant ahead of your appointment.

Click the link above to send a message to your clinician with questions, or to update them with weights or details about how things are going between appointments. If your question can be answered without seeing you for an appointment, they’ll reach out via the patient portal. And if your question needs an appointment to make sure you’re getting the best possible care, one of our admin team will be in touch to get you scheduled.
