Drop it Off

The most straightforward way to get your rental back is to drop it off during our regular business hours. In a non-COVID world we would even pick it up curbside!

Right now, we offer Contact-Free Drop-Off by appointment Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm and Fri/Sat 9am-3pm. Text us at 202.293.5182 to schedule a time and we’ll provide text and photo directions on where to drop it. We know it can be difficult to fit in errands with a new baby, so many of our clients have a friend or family member drop it off and that’s fine with us!

Please note: our main doors will be locked while we are seeing clients for care, so that we can limit the quantity and traffic pattern of folks within our space.

Ship it

Use any shipping company you like—but USPS Priority Mail is usually the fastest and cheapest way to get it back to us. Please note—these machines are thousands of dollars, so we HIGHLY suggest getting insurance on your package. Our Address is:

Courier It

Life with babies can make errands challenging! We’re happy to get a quote from our Courier to have your rental picked up and dropped off to us Monday - Saturday 10am-2pm. Just text us at 202.293.5182 and we’ll get you a quote.
